Threadless Labret Bars/Standard Pin Sizes

Hello there, is it possible to get a threadless labret bar to accept standard pin jewellery (supplied with butterfly clips)? For example, having a 1.6mm outer post and a hole to accept 0.7mm pins?

Alternatively, is there any other flat /protective option for those supplied with a butterfly clip that prevent over squeezing of skin and hold tight so jewellery doesn’t come off? It’s horrible having the pin dig into my head from my ear top.
